All handled through our customer portal, Qumunity. Any issues or just need some help, follow these steps:

Navigate to Qumunity and log in. (If you don’t have access to Qumunity, contact the Qumu Administrator in your organization.)

Click ‘Submit a Ticket’ in the header of Qumunity.

Select the Issue type from the available drop down menu.

Complete the web form by adding a brief subject, detailed description of the issue, and selecting the severity. Then click ‘submit.’

*If you have access to Qumunity, but do not see the Submit a Ticket link in the header, please reach out to your Qumu Administrator. If your contract allows for additional Approved Support Contacts, the Qumunity Administrator will need to open a ticket with support to have the user added.
