  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge content for customers as part of problem solving.
  • Ensure monitoring and progress of customer issues until they are resolved. Use sound judgment to escalate issues as needed.
  • Oversee the work of programmers and other engineering personnel, and mentor junior team members.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer
  • Experience must include Java, Spring or J2EE, Hibernate or JPA, REST/JAX-RS, technologies.
  • Experience in developing Frontend applications or UI components
  • Experience with JavaScript, CSS/Sass/Less, Angular, Bootstrap, Gulp, Webpack and related technologies
  • Experience in the following will be a Plus: Grafana, Kibana, ElasticSearch, TICK stack or similar analytics + monitoring technologies
  • Experience in the following will be a Bonus: Kafka, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connectors or similar data aggregation & log buffering technologies
