Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years Customer Support experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required in professional environment.
  • 5-6 years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g. professional services/consulting, presales engineering, technical support), preferably with large enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with a J2EE application server stack (preferably using Jboss or Tomcat).
  • Experience with Oracle and Sql Server databases.
  • Experience in setting up IIS web server and troubleshooting skills on modern Windows platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.

Skills/Experience:

  • Extensive experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation processes.
  • Strong trouble-shooting & problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with case assignment, escalations & project management processes.
  • Ability to train & supervise others at all levels providing continued support & mentoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision making skills.
  • Team-oriented individual with exceptional communication & organizational skills.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative aptitude necessary.
  • Strong Excel skills and data retrieval and manipulation ability.
  • Excellent presentation skills including presentation software skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application software/products.
  • Previous experience with streaming video infrastructure is a plus.

  • Previous experience with streaming video infrastructure.
