Qumu (NASDAQ: QUMU) got its start in the late 1990s as a video media publishing company. Back then, our founders saw two critical needs converging among our clients. First, they simply couldn’t get enough of the power video brought to business communications and learning. Second, they wanted to deliver it—reliably and securely, live and on demand—over their existing computer networks, which weren’t built to handle video.

Vern Hanzlik
President & CEO


Vern joined Qumu in 2012, became President in 2014 and CEO in 2015. Prior to Qumu, Mr. Hanzlik spent 20 years building and growing enterprise software and service companies such as TEAM Informatics, Stellent and Sajan Software.

Peter Goepfrich
Chief Financial Officer


Peter joined Qumu in 2015, bringing 15 years of experience in senior financial positions, primarily within the software industry. He was also VP and CFO of Deluxe Corporation, Small Business Services and CFO for API Healthcare and Vital Images.

Christopher Conaway
Senior Vice President, Product & Operations


Christopher joined Qumu in 2004 and over the past 13 years has held leadership positions overseeing sales, services and support. Prior to Qumu, Christopher held positions managing pre-sales and post-sales support at software and services companies.

Michael Bromme
Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development


Michael joined Qumu in 2016 and brings executive leadership experience in sales, services and marketing with global SaaS-based organizations like Point Inside and several big data, supply chain and analytics companies.

John Poole
Vice President, Worldwide Channel and Alliances


With more than 25 years in voice, data, video networking and unified communications, John has tremendous experience in growing ecosystems for SaaS businesses, particularly in the enterprise video solutions market. He has led global channel teams and programs at large technology providers, such as Polycom and Alcatel-Lucent.

Beth Weinberger
Vice President, Sales Operations and Contracting


Beth joined Qumu in 2012 with over 20 years of experience in software sales operations and contracting. Previous to Qumu, Beth ran Sales Operations at Lawson Software.

John Greenstein
Vice President, America Sales


In his ten years at Qumu, John has worked with Qumu’s customers in leadership roles for our Americas and EMEA regions. Before joining Qumu, John worked at global enterprise software companies, including Oracle and IBM.

Paul Herdman
Vice President, EMEA Sales


Paul joined Qumu in 2015, bringing 20 years of experience in senior sales positions, primarily within the software industry, including vice president EMEA at a UK based Risk Management start up and enterprise sales at Oracle and Stellent.

Chad Sears
Vice President, Customer Success


Chad leads our professional services, cloud operations, and support teams. Prior to joining Qumu, Chad has led account management, support and services for enterprise software providers like Genus, ViewCast, Stellent, and Ancept.

Claude Dupuis
Senior Vice President, Products & Technology


Claude has extensive technical experience in video, voice and data technologies across a variety of markets—from enterprise and telecom to cable and satellite— at companies such as Ericsson, SkyStream Networks, Premisys and Nortel.

Eric Rudolf
Vice President, Marketing


Eric joined Qumu in 2017 and brings over 20 years of enterprise and SaaS marketing expertise from high-growth industries including education, supply chain, automotive and online retail. Prior to Qumu, Eric built revenue-focused marketing and channel support functions at firms like Solera Holdings / Identifix, RMC Learning Solutions and HighJump Software.
