Vern Hanzlik President & CEO

Vern Hanzlik joined Qumu in 2012, became President in 2014 and CEO in 2015. Prior to Qumu, Mr. Hanzlik spent 20 years building and growing enterprise software and service companies such as TEAM Informatics, Stellent and Sajan Software. Vern holds a BS degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Peter Goepfrich Chief Financial Officer

Peter Goepfrich joined Qumu in 2015, bringing 15 years of experience in senior financial positions, primarily within the software industry. He was most recently VP and CFO of Deluxe Corporation, Small Business Services. He also served as CFO for API Healthcare and Vital Images. Prior to that Mr. Goepfrich also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Goepfrich has a B.A. in Accounting from St. Mary’s University.

Christopher Conaway Senior Vice President, Product & Operations

Christopher Conaway joined Qumu in 2004 and over the past 13 years has held leadership positions overseeing Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Cloud Services, Customer Support, and IT Operations. Prior to joining Qumu, Christopher held positions managing pre-sales support and post-sales implementation delivery at Context Media (acquired by Oracle), a leader in Enterprise Content Integration software and at Covansys (acquired by CSC), a global consulting and technology services company. Christopher holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Economics from Providence College.

Michael Bromme Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development

Michael has deep experience with global SaaS-based organizations and their partners that he uses to accelerate Qumu customer acquisition, grow revenue inside existing customers, and expand Qumu’s partner network to exploit expanding indirect channel opportunities. Michael was previously the EVP of Sales at Point Inside, a mobile platform & analytics provider. Prior to Point Inside, Mr. Bromme has managed Global Sales, Services and Marketing for big data, supply chain and analytics companies like Demandtec (now IBM’s SmarterCommerce unit), TraceOne and Retek (Oracle Retail).

John Greenstein Vice President – Americas Sales and Business Development

In his ten years at Qumu, John has worked with Qumu’s global customers, and has held leadership roles in our Americas and EMEA regions and in Business Development. Prior to joining Qumu, John worked at a number of enterprise software companies, including Oracle and IBM, and at a number of enterprise software startups. He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Comparative Literature from Columbia University, and is a Founding Trustee of Uncommon Schools’ Collegiate School Network

Paul Herdman Vice President Sales - EMEA

Paul joined Qumu in 2015, bringing 20 years of experience in senior sales positions, primarily within the software industry. He was most recently Vice President EMEA at a UK based Risk Management start up and prior to that, he worked in Enterprise sales at Oracle and Stellent. Paul holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.

Chad Sears Vice President – Customer Success

As Vice President of Customer Success for Qumu Chad leads our Customer Success Management Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and Support teams focused on enabling services around Qumu’s Enterprise Video Platform. Prior to joining Qumu, Chad has led Account Management, Professional Services and Support organizations for enterprise software providers: Genus, ViewCast, Stellent, and Ancept as well as leading Product Management teams focused on Enterprise Content Management. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Dakota.

Claude Dupuis Senior Vice President – Products And Technology

Claude Dupuis has extensive technical experience in video, voice and data technologies and has led multiple product introductions across a variety of markets—from enterprise and telecom to cable and satellite. Prior to joining Qumu, Claude served as the Senior VP of Engineering in Ericsson, SkyStream Networks, Premisys and Nortel. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
