Broadcast Video Event Services

Qumu Event Support is a key broadcast service performed by Qumu webcast and technology consultants and is designed to ensure a successful live broadcast event. The service is a combination of a system health check and onsite or remote support for the duration of the broadcast. The service is typically used for large live broadcast events (example, all hands meeting). Qumu’s Event Support team can deliver the service for existing Qumu customers or for new accounts who have a “one time” event. Our team will work with you from the planning stage, through setup and right through the actual event. Our job is to assure the event goes flawlessly.
