Qumu’s Managed Service option takes all the risk out of your enterprise video deployment and lowers your cost to get started. With our Managed Service, Qumu takes responsibility for all the hardware and software and provides ongoing preventive maintenance and monitoring. We handle the initial install and the maintenance and upgrading of all software and hardware. Depending on your needs, we will deploy all the hardware and software behind your firewall, run the service out of our data center, or do a hybrid approach. You simply pay a flat monthly fee.

Managed Service Options

Qumu is the only provider of Enterprise Video solutions that provides three different deployment options to service your needs:

SaaS – Delivered as “software as a service” or SaaS, this option means that the application runs entirely “in the cloud” at Qumu’s data center.  There is nothing for you or your IT department to buy, install, or host.  SaaS is a great option for companies with straightforward needs like video on demand and simple distribution requirements such as reaching employees, partners, or customers over the Internet

Premises - Delivered as Qumu hardware appliances, the premises option means we install some combination of Qumu’s Capture Studio, Video Control Center, and Video Edge appliances  at your site.  This solution is best for companies with security concerns, high volumes of internal usage, or a complex intranet that needs some help to assure efficient video distribution.

Hybrid - Delivered as combination of Qumu’s SaaS offering and hardware appliances, with the hybrid option we host the Video Control Center application in our data center, but deploy some combination of Capture Studio’s and/or Video Edges to make video acquisition and distribution fast, secure, and reliable.
